Conference Registration

ONE Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered authors:

  • 1- Welcome reception
  • 2- Printed Name Card
  • 3- Conference Folder or Bag
  • 4- Participation in the technical program
  • 5- Printed Participation & presentation Certificate
  • 6- Printed Proceedings
  • 7- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
  • 8- Lunch on the presentation day

Once Your paper is accepted the registration process begins. you must complete the following three steps.

Step 1 – Pay the Conference Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be included in the Technical Program.

The regular fee will be charged for up to 6 pages and after that additional USD 20/ INR 500 per additional page will be charged.

Note: One registration is a must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference and can get all as mentioned in *ONE Registration Fee above.

Refund policy: Payment done for conference registration is nonrefundable and transferable. 

If the co-author also likes to register then each co-author must pay USD 50(for Non-Indian) or INR 1000(For Indians) in order to get registered and get all things covered.

Attendees/Listener (Without paper presentation and publication) will get a conference kit (without proceedings)
Discount in Registration: If the author has more than one paper in the same conference then the author will get a 20% in the total registration fee from the second paper onwards.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
Authors have to sign (for the individual paper) the registration Form, and email that in PDF/JPG/PNG format.
Step 3 – Collect Event attending pass
Once you complete the payment process and send the Registration form to the Conference Coordinator you will receive an Event attending pass by email only after the last date of registration.
(Without an Event Attending pass you will be not allowed).
