Journals and proceedings

Conference proceedings with a Crossref DOI, and associated international journals.

Conference proceedings

All registered papers are published in the international conference proceedings, which have an ISBN. The proceedings are online in World Research Library and DigitalXplore, and are submitted to Google Scholar and other indexing services for review. WRFER never publishes an unregistered paper.

Crossref DOI

WRFER provides a Crossref DOI for authors on written request.

Associated international journals

  • WRFER can select papers from its conferences for publication in associated international journals (rules C1). All WRFER associated journals have an ISSN.
  • On the author's written request, WRFER can send the paper to associated journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, EI or SCI. The author pays the full publication cost of that journal, and the review and publication take at least 3 months (C2).
  • The paper must be extended by at least 20% for a WRFER associated journal (C4). The second review round takes 25 to 60 days after the conference (C5).
  • The journal's editorial board can reject a paper after the second review round. The conference registration fee is not refunded if a paper is not selected or rejected by a journal (C3, C8).
  • Printed journal copies are charged separately (C7).

Indexing: each journal and indexing service decides on publication and indexing. WRFER does not guarantee any indexing outcome.
