WRFER conferences are held in a hybrid format. With video conferencing you present your paper live and join the discussion without travelling to the venue.
How to be a live video presenter
- Submit your abstract or full paper with the paper submission form. It goes through the peer review.
- Register and pay the registration fee once your paper is accepted.
- Shortly before the conference, the organising committee runs a test with you and sends the guidelines to connect and present.
- Present live in your session and answer the questions.
- After the conference you receive a soft copy of the certificate of presentation and the proceedings. The conference documents are sent to your address.
Requirements
- Laptop or desktop with a webcam and a microphone
- An updated Chrome browser
- Pause your virus protection before the start, or it may block the webcam
- A bright, calm place with a professional background
Note: the organiser can hold an event in person or virtually; no refund is given because of a change of format (rules, B12).
