Every abstract and paper submitted to ICEEE 2027 goes through the same steps. You can follow your submission with the paper ID in your confirmation email.

  1. 1

    Plagiarism check

Every paper is checked with plagiarism detection software. Papers that fail the check are sent back to the author for changes.

  2. 2

    Review by two reviewers

Each paper is peer reviewed by two internal or external WRFER reviewers before it is accepted for the conference.

  3. 3

    Decision by email

The decision is sent to your registered email address. Check your email and mobile regularly: all notifications come by email and mobile only.

Registered papers are presented in person or online and published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN; a Crossref DOI is available on written request.

  6. 6

On the author's written request, a paper extended by at least 20% can be sent to an associated journal. The second review takes 25 to 60 days and the journal makes the final decision.
