All fees of this conference are in US dollars (USD).

For authors who have difficulties paying in US dollars (for example from Iran): pay in euros, 1 euro = 1.25 USD.

First paper: full fee. From the second paper of the same author / co-author: 20% discount.

Step 1 – Registration fee and payment

At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the technical presentation. First paper: full fee; from the second paper: 20% discount (same author / co-author).

Step 2 – Registration form / copyright transfer

All authors and listeners send the filled registration form to the official conference email [email protected].

Step 3 – Camera-ready paper

Follow the WRFER double-column sample paper and send it as Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX. Changes only until the last date of registration.

Step 4 – Registration confirmation

Confirmation within 2 working days after we receive the full payment proof and the registration form. Check the final schedule and venue before you travel.

How to register for ICBMSI 2026

Choose your category in the fee table and pay online before 23 November 2026. The first paper pays the full fee; further papers of the same author get 20% off.

Send the registration form
Email the filled registration form (copyright transfer) and the payment proof to [email protected].

Send the camera-ready paper
Format your paper in the WRFER double-column template (sample paper) and send it as DOC or DOCX. Changes are possible only until the last date of registration.

Get your confirmation
You receive the registration confirmation within 2 working days. Check the final schedule and venue details before you travel.

Attending the conference

Show your original identity card at the venue, or you may not be allowed to attend.
No other person can attend without prior permission from the organiser by email.
Reach the venue within the reporting time.
A laptop and other audio visuals are provided for the presentations.
Keep in touch with the conference convener for updates on the venue and timing.

Cancellation and refund

If you cancel your registration (in person or virtual), the registration fee is not refunded.
No refund after an official conference invitation letter or visa invitation letter has been issued.
Conferences are held in a hybrid format: no refund if the event format changes.
The organiser is not responsible for ticket or booking losses if the conference is cancelled, moved or rescheduled.
