Need to know

ICCCH 2026 frequently asked questions

How do I submit my paper to a WRFER conference?

Use the online paper submission form: choose the city and date, then the conference, and upload your abstract or full paper (DOC, DOCX or PDF). Use the WRFER sample paper (double-column template) for the final paper.

Can I attend without presenting a paper?

Yes. Register as a listener (audience). The listener fee is 200 US$ and covers the conference sessions and the participation certificate.

How are papers reviewed?

Each paper is checked for plagiarism and peer reviewed by two internal or external WRFER reviewers before it is accepted for the conference. WRFER never publishes an unregistered paper.

Can I present online instead of attending in person?

Yes. WRFER conferences are held in a hybrid format. A virtual presenter needs a laptop or desktop with a webcam and microphone, an updated Chrome browser and a calm, bright place. A test run is held before the conference.

Where will my paper be published?

Registered papers are published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN. On written request, an extended paper (20% more) can be sent to an associated international journal, including Scopus, Web of Science, SCI or EI indexed journals. The journal reviews the paper and decides, and the author pays the journal's publication cost.

What does the registration fee include?

Welcome reception, delegate ID card, conference folder or bag, the technical programme, a printed certificate, the proceedings with ISBN, online journal publication after the conference, and coffee breaks and lunch on the presentation day.

How many pages are included, and is there a discount for a second paper?

Six pages are included in the normal registration; each extra page costs 10 US$. Second and further papers of the same author or co-author get a 20% discount.

How do I pay the registration fee?

Pay online by card on the payment page. Authors who cannot pay in US dollars can pay in euros (1 euro = 1.25 US$). If the online payment fails, email [email protected] for the offline or bank transfer details.
